In comes the Belkin Cinema Dot Folio. This case is great!
Pros:
1 - It protects the iPad well, and at the same time allows for multiple viewing angles. I use the iPad on the couch and sit it on a pillow. When using the other two cases, I would have to use a book to keep the iPad secure. Now, I don't have to. The Belkin case is ridged enough to stay sturdy even on a pillow.
2 - The magnetic wake/sleep feature works without any issue.
3 - I love the magnetic clip too, it holds the cover closed so no worries about it opening.
4 - Easy to put in and take out of the case if need be
Cons:
1 - If you carry it like a book (in on hand by your side) with the open side down... the top cover slides up slightly and will wake up the screen. Not a huge deal, just hold it with the binding side down.

Some of the features I noted and liked immediately:
* Great weight for carrying--slim profile but sturdy
* Subtly stylish design with simple dot pattern binding and plain cover
* Supple folding and opening and closing--almost with a spring in the feel
* Easy magnetic tab closing--folds back--is magnetized to back of case as well as front so stays out of the way
* Sturdy & supportive protective corners to keep the iPad secure and stationary--more real estate of iPad to view
* Adjustable stand for your viewing preference
Note: while this has an "awake" magnet feature, it doesn't have a "sleep" magnet feature so your iPad 3 doesn't sleep immediately. This cover may have been designed using the iPad 2, so if you use it with your iPad 2, it may work. If you want the sleep magnet feature, imagine Belkin will come out with covers in the future with that feature for the iPad3.

This is an awesome holder and it works with my ipad 2. It is a little tough getting all four corners tucked in, but once you get it, your ipad will be held in place very securely.
It has a magnet tab that both holds the case closed and will turn the ipad off when you close it and on when you open it. That function works really well and I've gotten used to using the closure tab instead of the hard-to-find on/off button on my ipad.
The angle holder works really well and never slips out of place. You have many choices on the display angle. I only wish it had a pivot function so I could use it in portrait (it only works in landscape, long side horizontal)
Good value and good product!
