I have since gotten a return authorization for it. I went to BB and went through a stack of Targus Versavus trying them on the demo ipad. They all failed. I then started to test a stack of the Targus Vuscape for the new iPad (3rd Generation), Wi-Fi/4G Model 16GB, 32GB, 64GB THZ157US (Black) on the demo ipad. I found that some of the cases would work intermittently, they required some fine adjustments to get the ipad to turn off and on. However, I was able to find one of the Targus Vuscapes that worked every time... I also thought the stylus loop was a bit dumb. However, I LOVE this case. It looks great (I got black). It is slim, very protective and fits my iPad 3 very well. The magnet is fine. Great product to keep my iPad cozy. The stylus loop is handy when opening the case.. The second is sporadic so I called Targus, they immediately offered a replacement and allowed me to keep the one I have. They want to make this right and have with me.
