This is the best Bluetooth FM Transmitter ever!, February 2, 2012 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Soundfly View Bluetooth FM Transmitter with 2.0 inch Screen, WMA/MP3 Player for SD Card, USB Car Charger, iPhone 4S, iPad 2, Samsung Note, Blackberry and Windows Smartphones & Tablets (Electronics) I have had the Soundfly View for about a month now and it is amazing. It is easy to use and set up. I have an 2 iphones synced up to it, a 3g and 3gs. The 3g is just my ipod now and works well with the soundfly, but will not display the song titles. I do not know why. The 3gs is my phone and works well with the soundfly too. The 3gs shows song names. I synced my contact list very easily and the soundfly displays those too. Also, the voice command is a very cool feature. It makes it very easy to call people. All you do is hold the call button, say the name after the beep and then your calling them. I also have not had any problems hearing the caller or them hearing me. I drive a convertible and going down the highway can get really loud, but people can still hear me. The remote works well. I have not tried using an SD card yet. I also have not tried syncing any android phones up to it.

I have used 3 different FM transmitters (mainly Griffin brand) and they don't compare. All of the others that I have tried were pretty much unusable because of the static and trouble finding a station that worked. This one must have a more powerful transmitter or something, but I have virtually zero static, so I'm really happy about that. Something that's not too common is that it works through Bluetooth, which is nice, so I can keep my phone in my pocket. It pairs perfectly with my iPhone 4S and works with Siri. Call quality isn't perfect for the person on the other end but it's acceptable. On my end it is very clear though the car's speakers. Over all really good for the money. Also, it arrived quickly direct from the manufacturer.

MP3 functionality - I did test the mp3 playback from Blackberry via Bluetooth and it worked fine but between songs by the same artist there was static. OK because I don't intend to use it that way. The sound via the SD card is very high quality and the bass is perfect. While I do agree you have to set the volume on the Soundfly to the highest level, the quality of the sound by far outweighs this. And you can always increase the volume on the car radio.
Cons:
For me, the display of the artist and song do not display on my car's stereo. I find that disappointing, since I have to look down farther to the Soundfly to see detail. I have a new 2011 Honda CRV and it does display this information when I play a CD on the stereo that is burned with MP3 data. And in my older 2001 Accord, the Soundfly displays it correctly on the stereo... Read more
