I previously bought 2 IMP190s for my iPhone 3GS. Those worked great, and when I had a mechanical issue with one, it was promptly returned and rebated- no problems or hassles. The company is quick to respond to email, and very conscientious to resolve issues. After four products, I am satisfied that quality is good, or I wouldn't keep spending my money. But with that comes confidence that problems will be resolved quickly and fairly.
I now have both the IMP 500 and 50D. For folks using their iPhone for business, they are must haves! Small and easily packable, but with a HUGE charge inside. I haven't found comparable charging ability at the price, and I have looked alot. Not quite a full charge for the iPad, but I have yet to go so long that the included battery and one refill from the Power Pack wasn't enough to get me through.

Likewise, the New Trent itself charges slowly, so it does not get over heated like cheaper brands. The power regulation is excellent! This is actually my second one. It's compact and works really well.
So glad I found this battery pack.
The pack comes with charging cable, 3 different adapters along with the AC wall plug to charge the battery pack.
Now I only have to carry this instead of 3 different device chargers (ipod nano, cell phone and Nook).
Update:
I've had this for over a year now and it still works wonderfully. I've confirmed that it charges Optimus cell phone and Kindle 3G keyboard as well. And as the product description mentioned, it also charges Ipod Touch 4g using ipod's sync wire. If only New Trent would sell the adapter for ipod touches.
