Fantastic product and highly recommended, September 24, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: eWonder(TM) Wireless Bluetooth Keyboard Case for 10" Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (Black) (Electronics) After I ordered this unit, I saw a negative review on this product and the seller's response that this is a different and improved version. I was a little bit nervous and emailed the seller. I got a response within 20 minutes even though it was late at night. The item came within two days. The seller has certainly passed my tests.
Upon opening it, I was nicely surprised by the quality of the case. The grade of PU leather is excellent. The design of the case is very stylish - definitely NOT cheap looking as I originally feared due to the price. The protection feels adequate. The keyboard has met my expectations as well. The keys are responsive but not too sensitive. I tried many times to get multiple letters with a single key stroke but couldn't, which is good news. It was one of the things mentioned in the other review and something I was concerned about. The soft silicone keys took some time to get used to, but the silicone material is used for good reasons. Although I am not in love with the silicone keys, the item does what it is supposed to do, function as a keyboard, and for the price paid, it is worth the money. What I'm really impressed with though is the company contacted me after my first review and offered to refund me my money if I wasn't satisfied with the product although the return time had expired, and for that I am very impressed and will continue to purchase from this seller. It is a rare occasion that company's address customer concerns, and that will always be a must for getting my business.
